Sending returns with Tecmo Bowlers is super easy! Please read the how-to below.


How to Return:

  • Please read the categories relevant to your product type below! ↓↓
  • To send a return, please contact Support by clicking here.
  • In the subject line write: Return Request.
  • We only accept returns up to 14 days after the delivery date.

 

For Shirts, Sweatshirts & Hoodies:


Shirts, sweatshirts & hoodies are custom made. We only fully refund for product defect. Please read below about the process to get your returns sent in.

  • If there is a product defect of any kind, we will refund you 100% of your purchase OR swap out the product, whichever you prefer. We will send you a prepaid label to send your product back if this is the case.
  • If a shirt does not fit or does not fit how you like, we will still accept your return, but will not refund your shipping costs. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs and will NOT be sent a return label. Upon receipt, we will refund your product costs. We do not swap sizes. We have multiple disclaimers about sizing throughout the site! Here is the information again below, just in case.
  • Garments being returned must be unworn and have not been washed. If the shirt has been worn or washed, no refund will be given. You are responsible for shipping if you would like the product returned to you.

  1. Turn inside out.
  2. Wash on cold/cold.
  3. Dry on low heat.

 

For Game Carts: 

Carts are custom made. We only accept returns for carts if the product is defective.
